If you subsequently place an order with them, all dealings and liabilities including warranties, will be under written agreement between you (the customer) and the contractor who you have entered into and agreement with. The owners of this website are BROKERS and we act as a venue promoting a range of quality paints, coatings and associated services. We do not offer a guarantee against works that are wholly out of our control and are administered directly by a 3rd party who have a contract with you (the customer), not us.

You may request details of personal information which we or our dealers hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. Content submitted to us by 3rd parties for publication.

If you have an article or story that you wish to see appear on our website, please email the draft WITH NO ATTACHMENTS and with the subject line “New article for inclusion on NEVER PAINT AGAIN” with your full contact numbers and address, and a link back to our site.

There is no charge for publications and we do not full articles pages with Pay-per-click adverts, unlike some other websites. We also allow 1 live link back to your website.

We do not accept payment for any links to external sites, not do we charge money for our various trade interviews.

Mobile apps

Our mobile apps are distributed free of charge and are used to help access our site on different devices only.

Update: 15th December 2011. We are currently looking into adapting our site to comply with the EU Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive and would welcome any suggestions on we can manage our cookies without them being intrusive.
