The coating process starts with any external repairs required such as filling cracks or re-pointing. Then the removal of any old paint takes place. Following this temporary masking is applied onto doors and windows (although access is still available to building) and dustsheets are laid to protect all external areas.

The next stage is that two primers are applied one is a sand/cement and bonding primer and the other is a special primer, finally the flexible top coat is sprayed on with a specialist machine operated by fully trained personnel.
