Well formulated coatings based on Andura Never Paint Again resins are hard wearing, resisting dirt pickup and hence are well suited to urban and industrial zones. These wall coatings contain Titanium Dioxide, which also breaks down airborne pollutants. They are effectively “self cleaning”, any dirt retained is easily washed away by rain.
Deep penetration into the masonry surface ensures long lasting adhesion to the walls of your home. The “microporous” nature of Andura Never Paint Again based paints means that they protect the masonry surface from wind driven rain, yet allow entrapped moisture vapour to escape as the wall coatings act in a fashion similar to the human skin.
