We speak to you 1st (by phone or email) to find out your exact requirements and to discuss the options you have available to you. YOUR DETAILS ARE HELD IN CONFIDENCE AND ARE NOT PLACED ON ANY MAILING OR SPAM LISTS and all information is held in confidence.

The contractors, all seasons systems,  then arrange a date and time to visit you in your home and survey your building (FREE of charge) and prepare a written specification and quote for you. This can take as little as 30 minutes to a maximum 2 hours depending on size of building.

We point out any problems you may have on the outside of your house such as hollow render, pebbledash or cracks etc. and explain what has happened and how we can fix it.

We then show you samples of our product and photos of previous jobs.

We then calculate a total price for you which is in writing and is a guaranteed price with no hidden charges or surprises.

You do not have to make a decision on the day and are under no obligation to do so, however if you like what you see and the price is right, it does help us get things moving quicker if you do tell us on the day we see you.

If you decide to go ahead and have the work done, we prepare some simple paperwork with you, outlining exactly what work we are doing for you for a fixed price.

We then take photographic records of the present state of your house.
You may then also choose from a range of 12 standard colours, or over 4,000 specially made colours.

Then the preferred start date for the work is discussed, final preparations and notes are made, and then the representative who has seen you will report back to the office with your exact specifications in writing.

You will be then sent an order confirmation letter and a personal thank you from us.
