I must also say that, as your rep promised, the damp has now gone, albeit with the aid of a dehumidifier inside, and the black mould has not re-appeared and the smell has subsided which is great as that probably wasn’t very good for our health. Thank you does not seem enough. We are very happy and would not hesitate to recommend your organisation. An external coating from NPA is a good thing!
