Dear Nigel and Paul,

Dear sirs,
It is now almost two weeks since your workmen, Peter and Danny, left us after transforming our house into the attractive, sparkling White cottage it was under the dirt and cracking pebble dash and flaking paint…..

So many people have admired the finished result.

As for Peter and Danny, we couldn’t have had two more hard working and considerate workmen they arrived everyday at eight o clock and after five or ten minutes discussion on what they were going to do that day, they got straight on with it.

They were both skilled craftsmen and seemed to be able to overcome any problem that cropped up. (being a 200 year old house there were one or two). They had a ground sheet at the back of their van on which to put out all the equipment they needed for that day so there was no mess left behind on our drive.

They also surrounded the house with dust sheets when they were painting and the masking of all windows and doors was done very thoroughly. We can’t praise them highly enough for all the hard work and effort they put in for us.

All that remains now is for a few years to pass to see how well the Andura coating stands up to our changeable weather. We are expecting the best!!

Dear NPA, I am writing this email to you to express my total satisfaction regarding the recent exterior wall coating and render work you did to our house.

From the very start, when we phoned your office, your people have been nothing short of the most professional company we have ever dealt with, and I have recommended you to many other people since then, something that I rarely do.

We had 4 quotes before we chose you; One from a company in in the westcountry, 2 London based businesses, and of course NPA. Your price was acceptable to us and was mid way between the other 3 as you know. I am glad we chose you and I wanted to write to tell you how pleased we are now the rendering is complete and the wall coatings were applied by you last week as i am sure you know as we have paid you!!!!!!

The lads were VERY polite, clean and tidy and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Your rep was the most relaxed and professional of all the reps we had around and at no point did we feel that we had been placed under pressure. In fact you were the only people who did not try and get us to agree on the same day, nor come up with fake “deals”.
