The insured home improvement warranty facility we offer has been awarded to our main contractor after a lengthy process of financial and legal checks, and also checking the good and consistent standard of our work, and also obtaining positive reports from a small selection of our customers.

Our contractor is now also a member of the Fair trades association. which all rolled up into one, means that you have absolutely nothing to fear and nothing to lose if you choose NPA to carry our home improvement works to your home. The company issue a warranty for 15 years (terms and conditions apply)

The warranty INSURANCE lasts for 10 years, but there may possibly be an opportunity to renew it for a longer period, after a survey and inspection, again, terms apply and this is at the discretion of the insurer, the company who the customer has or had an agreement or contract with, and the underwriters of such policies. The warranty is provided by a third party, NOT this website (!).
