I would particularly like to congratulate you for the care taken in matching the colour finish to our requirements and would also wish to extend our thanks to both (names of team withheld for security reasons) for their diligent hard work. It has been both refreshing and a pleasure to deal with workmen who have been courteous to both ourselves and neighbours, arrived on time, discussed our requirements, aided us in making decisions, answered our endless queries and completed the work to our total satisfaction.

They obviously take great pride in their work and are a credit to the company.
