NPA, in conjunction with our main dealers, offer a 15 year written “insurance backed guarantee” on all Andura products!

Our weatherproof exterior Wall coatings are Guaranteed for 15 years, NOT to chip, crack, fade, flake or peel!

They also cure rising and penetrating damp, cold walls, wet walls and condensation!

Your entire investment in our services are covered by a 3rd party independent warranty which means that in the highly unlikely ever that we disappear into the sunset (!), all work and guarantees offered are covered, and any deposit paid to confirm works to your home is also covered and returnable in full!

The contract offered by the contracting company on all installations on your home of an exterior wall coating system, is covered by warranty.

15 year warranty

We* guarantee that the exterior Wall coating paint finish applied to your house will NOT chip, will NOT fade, will NOT crack OR peel and will cure PENETRATING DAMP FOR GOOD!

The insured home improvement warranty facility offered has been awarded to our main contractor after a lengthy process of financial and legal checks, and also checking the good and consistent standard of our work, and also obtaining positive reports from a small selection of our customers.

Your local decorator will not usually offer any kind of guarantee at all, but our dealers do and once our coatings are on your house, they are guaranteed for 15 years not to fade, or crack, chip or peel, or go green and mouldy like paint does.

(Some) Small print.

Full terms and conditions of warranty insurance for exterior wall coatings guarantees will be provided by the contractor who visits you to price up the work required and any dealings or claims, however rare, are set between you (the customer) and the contractor whom you choose to have work done to your home. The owners of this website do not offer the policy as such.

*The word “we” on this and on several pages on this website, refers to the company whom will carry out all aspects of installation, application and subsequent warranty issues and will have a contractual agreement with you. “We” does NOT refer to this website or the person who wrote this website.
