Our Guarantee
Upon investing in what is essentially a major upgrade to the outside of your home or commercial premises, you need to know that your investment was worth it.
All Never Paint Again products come with a comprehensive written guarantee for your added peace of mind.
Our exterior wallcoating system is guaranteed for up to 15 years against the product: FADING, CHIPPING, PEELING OR CRACKING and outlasts the best quality masonry paints on the market by several years!
Both our exterior wall coating system AND our clear silicone based brick sealers permanently cure penetrating damp and mould and in most cases, leave the outside of your home completely free of any maintenance!
We also guarantee the product will resist the growth of organic material such as mould, mildew and algae for the whole period.
Our guarantee covers both workmanship and materials for the first 12 months, and then a further 14 years afterwards, with inspections and renewal of the guarantee every 5 years.
In the unlikely event that the coating we apply to your external walls, does NOT perform as it should within the guarantee period, we will repair and in some cases, replace the coating, at no cost to you.
The guarantee is also transferable to new owners when you sell your home, and can often be included in the details of sale as a good selling point for the buyers.
Terms and conditions apply to the above. The NPA group and its associated dealers and outlets, reserve the right to change specification at any time. Please note under NO circumstances do we issue a guarantee unless all money owed has been paid to us and we also do not issue a guarantee if the materials used in application are NOT manufactured by our group. We will also not guarantee wilful vandalism or damage to the coating, fire or flood damage, and we may levy a charge to remedy this on your behalf, although in most cases this cost can be covered by your home insurance.
WE GUARANTEE AGAINST THE LONG TERM PERFORMANCE OF THE COATING, NOT EVENTS THAT HAPPEN TO THE BUILDING! Your guarantee would be with you 28 days after completion of works.
NOTE: Your guarantee is with the contractor you choose to do the work for you and the liability of any guarantee or warranty exists with them and not the owners of this website. In the highly unlikely event of you having to claim under a warranty for an exterior wall coating product or associated works, please contact the contractor who did the work for you and not the owners of this website, who accept no responsibility for actions and undertaking which are wholly out of their control. Thank you.
All work is now covered by an insurance backed guarantee
By continued request from our customers, we are pleased to announce that as from 8th December 2009, our main contractors, "All seasons wall systems ltd", are now pleased to offer, in conjunction with NPA, a full written insurance backed guarantee.
Our guarantee is provided by IWA, the independent warranty association who are also authorised by the FSA. Their website can be viewed at http://www.iwa.biz/
Our contactors and main dealers hold this licence and it is reference "AJJ.11.09" if you would like to verify our claims or statements. There is also a consumer helpline you can call, which is (UK) 01604 604511.
WORK COVERED: Roofing work, exterior wall coating and damp proofing work and most other exterior home improvement services we offer through our main dealers. Contact NPA for further details and clarifications of cover offered.
This covers all contracts signed up from January 2010 onwards, until further notice and does not cover any previous installations before this date. Further details are available upon request. Thank you.
