This example shows a project we did back in 2002 for the globally listed company “Thermo Electron Corporation” in Berkshire, who wanted this sorry looking industrial unit freshened up, with the asbestos sheeting safely sealed up, thus prolonging its lifespan.
In addition as this was a wartime building, it had been made with asbestos sheeting and therefore the option of demolition and starting again with a new unit was too costly and too hazardous so they opted to have us refurbish it instead.
The whole job a week and half from start to finish, in good weather. The paint factory we used, mixed the colour up especially, to match their corporate colour scheme. We also refurbished the old 1950′s windows.
Their Reading manufacturing facility now looks a million dollars! This colour should stay bright and fresh for the next 20 years. Our system has also avoided costly and potentially hazardous asbestos removal.
