Installation and application franchises
This is Carl, one of our successful existing application franchise owners, who moved from the UK many years ago and enjoys a great life with his family here in Spain. Another enjoyable day earning a good living in the sun!" Why not come and join us?
This Franchise includes an appropriate van, which will be registered in the Franchisees name. The package also includes all the necessary spray machines and equipment needed to apply the protective coatings and full training on how to do this, which will be carried out in the Costa Blanca, Spain, or the area that you have chosen.
Once you are fully trained you will be supplied with contracts on an ongoing basis. Protectorcoat supply all the materials to fulfil the contracts, the only thing you have to do is supply your labour, pay an Assistant a maximum of 4% or 5% of the contract price and cover the running costs of your vehicle. BEAR IN MIND THAT FUEL, WAGES, AND THE COST OF LIVING IN GENERAL, IN SPAIN, IS FAR LESS THAN THE UK!
The application dealership does require some degree of physical fitness, so a background in building, manual labour or the armed forces would be an advantage although not essential.
If your agreed territory is outside of the UK you will receive 20% of the gross contract price.
Typically, a wallcoatings applicator abroad can easily earn around € 60,000 euros a year with a great lifestyle to match and of course, the sky is the limit to how much you want to earn, in proportion to how much you want to put into running your own business. It's a great way to start a new life with relatively low risk, a better standard of living, fine weather, friendly people and the knowledge that, unlike other business owners, you are would not be "in at the deep end" and on your own, and would have support from a wide range of people, all experts in their field and dedicated to YOUR success!
This can be confirmed by numerous existing Protectorcoat Franchisees. You have to do no marketing whatsoever, there are no repeat Franchise fees and you effectively become a licensed Installer for Protectorcoat.*See below for details on UK and Northern Ireland.
The Protectorcoat package is all inclusive and professionally managed with all your needs taken care of from the beginning. A Representative from Protectorcoat will meet you at the Airport, you will be assisted with opening a bank account so that you can run your business efficiently, helped with any fiscal requirements that you may have, assisted and advised on how to find living accommodation within your desired location and budget, and also give you advice on local education and health care.
The benefit of the Protectorcoat Franchise is that you are working for yourself but not by yourself. You do not have to go through the pain barrier of setting up your own Business, putting adverts in the paper, managing the costs of running an office, answering telephone calls, sourcing your own leads and then turning them into contracts etc. All the groundwork of obtaining profitable contracts is taken care of by Protectorcoat, leaving you the responsibility to apply the protective coatings to the properties as per the contracts given to you.
When a contract is given to you, Protectorcoat would advise that you visit the property to carry out a pre-survey, check the measurements and calculate the amount of materials that are going to be required (the calculations for this will be given to you whilst training). You then fax your order through to the factory and the materials will be dispatched either to the contract address or to your home address (whichever is more practicable).
Protectorcoat strongly recommend if you have not already done so that you visit our operation on the Costa Blanca for three or four days, meet all our established successful Franchisees, go out on site for a day or two applicating and also go out on sales appointments. Once you have done this, and you feel that it might be the Business for you, and we in turn are satisfied that you could make a success of this particular type of Business, Protectorcoat will then be able to discuss the above opportunities in more detail with you.
*If your agreed territory is within the UK or Northern Ireland, you will receive between 25% - 30% of the gross contract price. UK/Northern Ireland Applicators can comfortably earn around £700 - £1,000 per week. If you carefully follow our Marketing strategy by delivering leaflets around installations potentially you can earn more, plus you will have the added bonus of being an affiliate to our world famous website which is rich source of information and sales enquiries.
Marketing only franchise.
This is Les, and his partner, who run a very successful marketing franchise for our associates "Protectorcoat" in Spain.
The other option is 'Marketing Only', where you are responsible for all aspects of the Sales. You do your own Telesales, advertising, leafleting, exhibitions etc. and Protectorcoat receive their 10% royalty fee from each contract you successfully sign up. Protectorcoat will of course support and back up any Marketing Franchise with our 'In-House' Telesales Service, where Protectorcoat will charge 30% commission for any successful sale on any leads that we have produced.
You would be responsible to follow up the leads and close the orders, and would receive a 20% profit margin on each contract.
As an affiliate of this website, you would also received very well qualified sales leads, however it would also be your responsibility to make the public aware of our site, and let us generate the enquiry for you.

A lot of commitment and hard work is needed to get your dealership up and running and we are there with you every step of the way. This is NOT a get rich quick scheme and the opportunity would involve your full attention.
All work would be provided to you as a confirmed order for you to service and actually carry out the installation of the coating. You would have to agree and sign up to our operational procedures and the mechanics of the NEVER PAINT AGAIN™ exterior wall coating system, to ensure that the high quality we are known for is upheld throughout.
Do I need huge, expensive offices to run one of your dealerships?
In a word, NO!!
As you can imagine, much of our business and our public image is presented expertly on the internet; and of course much of our work is done "on site", at the customer's residence or place of business so a large office is usually an unnecessary expense, until your dealership is a suitable size to warrant the expense of an office..

What do I need to get going?
All you would need to start off your new business would be a car, a phone, a fax and a reliable internet connection. There are other aspects in starting which we will reveal to interested parties upon contacting us. You would also need an office or office area within your home to work.
