This old lovely house in Grimsby, South Humberside is a prime example of the gems we often enjoy to renovate for our clients.

This smart modern house is part brick and part mock Tudor beam construction.
The brickwork at ground level was in good condition but the panels had excessive flaking paint, and the beams around the mock Tudor features had become flaky and brittle.

Art Deco houses are, on the whole, quite rare things.
The Art Deco movement was chiefly between the mid 1920’s and the outbreak of the second world war.

This modern detached house had been recently extended.
Unfortunately the pebble-dash had been mismatched by a rogue builder!
