The transformation of this Grand English country house with restored render repairs, brickwork cleaning and restoration, followed by the NPA wall coating system ……. is truly amazing and needless to say, the owners were absolutely delighted with the end result!

This large project also included the restoration of the stables and staff accommodation. Minimal disruption was caused to the owners.

The house itself had various different exterior wall surfaces and each part had its own problems:

The bricks were cracked, porous, suffered from efflorescence, and much of the pointing was missing.

The rendered areas had much faded paint, cracks and hollow sections, again, letting in damp to the house.
The exterior walls had a “grubby” appearance and required cleaning

We treated this house with our spray applied exterior wall coating system and now the exterior will NOT need any redecoration or repair for the next 20 years!

Prestigous listed home with a wall coating

This lovely grade 2 listed prestigious home has been re-rendered and weatherproofed with a Never Paint Again Wall coating. The project also included painting all wood work.

This home, and the work we did on it, will be a feature in “Prestigious homes” magazine, some time in early 2012 and we will update you when the magazine is published.

Never Paint Again get involved in a variety of different types of houses; from the typical 3 bed semi, up to grand mansions and stately homes and this lovely example has just been completed (July 2011) by the All Seasons team, working in partnership with Never Paint Again and Andura.

This enormous and historic house, located near Stanstead in Essex, had suffered an amount of deterioration over the years with flaky paint, hollow render, rotten wood, damp and so on. A complete exterior refurbishment was required, and one that would be durable and long lasting, whilst still being excellent value for money.

This page will updated in Spring 2012 when it, and our work, is featured in a very sought after homes magazine, but due to publishing restrictions, we must wait until the article appears in the magazine and will update this page accordingly.

Project overview:

Encase with scaffolding etc.
Remove loose render and replace to match, including whole re-render of areas.
Rub down woodwork and prime, replacing rotten wood where needed.
Apply Weatherproof primer coat
Spray apply Andura masonry wall coating.
Hand-finish and gloss all wooden areas such as windows, soffits etc.

This home will not require any exterior maintenance OR re-painting for at least 15 years!

This old mansion house is located in Warrington, Cheshire and had the name “Park Manor”.

For many years it was used as a nursing home and then multi occupancy flats, and as you can clearly see in the “before” image on the right (CLICK TO EXPAND) , the house was a sad and sorry state of its former grand self.

Just standing in the car park, we were almost taken back in time, but tinged with great sadness as to the state the house had fallen in to.

Imagine the Edwardians having costume balls here, cricket on the lawn, afternoon tea, his Lordship coming around for a brief soiree, and so on. The stories this grand old lady could tell us.

This was a BIG JOB!

The new owner had a dream, which he wanted to share with us!

The photo on right hand of the top of this page shows the terrible state it was in before we turned up! (We love a challenge!), whilst the photo above left is the finished article and the results of the hard work of our contracting company, All seasons Systems!

The house was to be totally reformed and turned into an up-market restaurant!

“Tasty!”

As you can see by the photos, a lot of work was needed including replacement windows, extensive exterior wall rendering, structural work, damp proofing and so on.

……And to think, we only did the OUTSIDE!

The 1st task was to replace much of the hollow render, making sure the old “block lines” were scored back into the render wall surface. We then masked up the windows, applied one coat of waterproof masonry primer, and then One coat of Andura tex gard classic masonry coating and its as good as new, protected from the weather, and will stay looking this good for many years to come.

This building is now known as the “Spirit restaurant” and, according to several reviews online, is well worth visiting, (Victoria Park, Knutsford Road, Warrington, WA4 1DQ).

Welsh house gets a new Exterior coating

This lovely house in Wales required both decoration and repair by the NPA Wall Coating installation teams. This page shows the work done, plus all the preparation, and the final wall coating finished job!

This property was covered in painted tyrolean which was brittle with age and various areas of the job were flaky off, revealing patches of “blown” (Hollow) render.

The job itself was relatively straightforward compared to some of the jobs our teams have to deal with. As you can see from the photos, we did all the render repairs and filled the cracks, basically we concentrated on making the property “sound” and in good order.

We then applied a coat of Anudra primer to the walls, and then sprayed a thick and durable coating of Andura tex gard classic wall coating in a fine texture.

This house will not not need to be repaired or painted for at least 15 years, with a life expectancy of over 20 years!

Raising the Titanic! Historic villa protected with a Wall coating.

This was once the home of “Thomas henry Ismay”, although not known to many people, he is famous for founding the White Star shipping Line, who went on to build the ill fated Titanic.

In 2009 we were instructed to refurbish the exterior of a very historic house in north western England.

As this is a grade 2 listed building, tremendous care had to be taken is preserving its character and appearance as English heritage dictates. More information can be found by viewing the gallery below showing the Blue plaque on the house.

English country Pub with a new wall coating of weatherproof and waterproof paint.
