A very interesting video article by a brainy chap from the Institute of Directors, and even he agrees with me that houses are over valued by around 40%! What will happen to the housing market?
Will I ever be able to afford to a buy a place of my own instead of being at the mercy of greedy buy to let landlords?? Who knows eh?
