Oh yuk, its monday morning…………..
Oh well, here we go again.
Well, last week was pretty slow, but we had a few sales in the midlands, and one in Murcia, spain.
I think people, especially here in the UK are starting to feel the pinch now. Petrols gone up. Xmas around the corner, energy/heating gone up, winter around the corner! Interest rates starting to bite, house sales slowing (as i predicted back in 2005), so whats the option for you?
Well, as the old saying goes, “dont move, improve”, well i would say that i run a home improvement company (!) but i think that statement is never truer as it is today!
If you want to sell your house, the outside HAS to look good and be in good repair. (You try getting a reliable builder to fix up your house!)
In addition, if youre going to stay put for the time being, why not spend some money on the house instead?
I’ll leave those thoughts with you for now on this damp and dark monday morning. Any comments?
