Our exterior wall coating system is suitable for all exterior wall surfaces including Render, Harling (scottish term), Brick (painted and unpainted), Spar dash (sometimes called spa dash), Pebbledash, Scored or textured render, Pargetry, pargetted or pargetting walls (usually found in essex and suffolk and is an ornamental render with various releif patterns or scored shapes and patterns), Stone walls, asbestos or corrugated steel walls (usually industrial buildings), Tyrolean walls, Stone cladding (removal also considered), rough-cast walls, block walls, stucco, and so on. Never Paint Again Textured Masonry Coating system.

What is it?

Never Paint Again textured exterior masonry coating is an organic based enamel 'paint' containing a developed blend of hard wearing 'amorphous' minerals, titanium oxide and small quantities of crystalline silica. The mixture is bound with strong polyethylene fibres and suspended in an alkyd resin/ white spirit. The coating material is lead free. The system is designed as an alternative to costly and yearly DIY exterior house painting.

Although Never Paint Again coatings are not technically "paint", we hereby refer to it as "paint" for ease of understanding.

Protection and Decoration

Resistance to Dirt Retention

Well formulated paints based on Never Paint Again resins are hard and resist dirt pickup and hence are well suited to urban and industrial zones. They are self cleaning, any dirt retained is easily washed away by rain.

Resistance to blistering and peeling

Deep penetration into the masonry surface ensures long lasting adhesion. The micro porous nature of Never Paint Again based paints means that they protect the masonry surface from wind driven rain, yet allow entrapped moisture vapour to escape.
Unique ageing characteristics
Never Paint Again resin has been especially developed to resist in a controlled way the damaging effects of the sun's UV rays. Paints based on Never Paint Again resins are self- cleaning. A few microns on the surface of the paint film are regularly eliminated by rain, removing any retained dirt, preserving an appearance close to the original.

All weather application

The film of masonry paints based on Never Paint Again resins is not affected by climatic conditions. Application of these paints is possible either at low ambient temperature or at high wall temperatures. Night time freezing temperatures after application will not affect the paint performance. Our products can be applied all year round in any weather condition apart from constant rain.)

How do you apply your NEVERPAINTAGAIN™ wall coating products?

• We carry out all external building repairs such as re-rendering, fixing cracks, injecting damp proof courses where needed etc.

• We then temporarily mask up all doors, pipes and windows, still allowing access to and from the building, and then lay lots of dustsheets to protect paths, lawns, patio areas etc.

• We apply a sand/cement and bonding primer to brick or pebble dashed houses only.

• We then hand or spray apply a special primer coat. This is partially absorbed into the building, sealing any microscopic areas that damp and moisture could penetrate. At this stage, the building is NOT "sealed up" and with micro porous technology, is able to fully "breathe" as per building regulations.

• We then apply our flexible top coat with a special industrial spray machinethat we have specially imported from the United States. This is a specialist machine and can only be used by those with years of experience and special training. The final coat is fused onto the wall at up to 20 times the thickness of a normal paint film.

• We then remove all the masking and clean up with a final quality inspection before we finish.

• After this whole process is completed, you would be walked around your newly refurbished home with the installation crew supervisor. Provided you are fully satisfied, we ask you to complete a satisfaction survey and then to pay us the final balance.

• All of our teams are factory trained, highly skilled, courteous and helpful. Each of our operatives are skilled builders in their own right Please ask for further details.

• You would receive a further site visit after the job has finished as a courtesy call and for us to inspect the installation of our wallcoatings on your home. This is also to satisfy ourselves that each and every installation meets with our strict quality control guidelines.
