Due to continued demand, we have launched a new service! We are constantly being asked for DIY advice, and it has got to the stage whereby we cannot give this advice for free anymore! We listened to our customers, and what they wanted, and we can now provide a limited (paid for) DIY advice line, but it is only available to SKYPE customers.
